the hills are aliveeeee -_-

SOUND OF MUSIC IS NICE.

Watched (or rather, re-watched) it during my 5 HOUR BREAK on Tuesday. (YES, 5H BREAK! I can't believe I forgot all about it. I would NOT have turned up for school if I remembered...)

Ahem. Anyway, I really <3 the songs and the music. Old-fashioned me. =P I think the kids are so cute! And all the scenes with the little dances and songs. I loved them, really loved them. Heartwarming, not really cheesy at all. =) Even Do-re-mi is very nice! I think SOM's version was the original, right? If so... why is the recent version so much shortened? The full-length Do-re-mi is wonderful. Plus all the other songs!

Watched Kung Fu Hustle again after that too. -_- I can't believe this. I've watched that show at least 3 times this year... And it's not like the show gets any more or less funny, it's just that you have to watch it with the_right_people. I mean, if you were to re-watch such a comedy with a stoic person... you most probably wouldn't find the show as funny as if you watched with a group of people who are quite prone to loud laughter and guffaws... yup.

Yesh, 5 hours of watching movies at school, and I still go home bedraggled like anything. Something is wrong with me. And I am sick of this chapter of my life.

I wanna suan Kim........berly!! ;] on European & Economic Unions...

And I have so so so many vcds to watch! 'E zuo ju zhi wen' & 'Autumn in My Heart'!! Not to mention my low-quality purchase of 10 Studio Ghibli films that I haven't even_started_on. I'm screwed.

kimmy rocks

Today we had our Geog block test. One of these questions showed a map of Europe and asked questions on core and periphery in the 'Economic Union'. Hey, so prestigious la, only European countries get to be within the 'Economic Union'. No wonder I never heard of it before.

To top it all off, let me do a comparison between conventional A level examinations and today's human geog paper:

A LEVEL QN: With reference to a country you have studied, blah blah blah.
TODAY'S HUMAN GEOG PAPER: With reference to a country on the periphery of the European Economic Union, blah blah blah.

Therefore, this year's Geog cohort was_forced_to write out an essay on Italy, which was one of the case studies provided to us and 90% of the cohort_did_not_study, the other being Peninsular Malaysia, which I am sure 90% of the cohort_did_study.

I think the A level examiners rock. I think they really do.

Ah, well!! The exam for the most terrifying subject ever, Geography is finally over. Shall not complain about wonderful chers anymore. ^__^

Yesh, I'm so relaxed about Lit (not that I'm relaxed because I'm sure I will do well, mind you - I'm relaxed cause there's too much studying to do) that I'm online again for the 4th time this week. Yes, my block tests have gone down the drain. =) ah, can't wait for tomorrow!

'Shu Ting can't concentrate'

oh, dear.

help!!

I can't concentrate.

If anyone has played FFIX all the way, one would know that's a part in the game where our dear female protagonist Dagger aka Garnet suffers from emotional breakdown and 50% of the time, can't cast spells during battle. In such a scenario, a box will appear at the top of the screen, saying,

"Dagger can't concentrate."

This is what's happening to me right now. (only I'm not trauma.) "Shu Ting can't concentrate." Yay.

Haha, don't mind me. I just don't know what to blog about and I am going maaaaddd! Can't focus for more than 1 hour at a time. gosh. What's going to happen to my block tests?

Urgh. Can't wait for this to be over. Miss kbox the tv set the hardcorers my class clique my guzhengers my cousin wanna watch all my dvds and vcds and drama serials long overdue miss the library miss reading miss rainbow stars moon pal miss kino miss pastamania shopping town movies miss my freedom miss those days of doing nothing miss getting BORED cause I have nothing to do, not getting bored because mugging is the most absolutely boring thing in the world when you don't have maths as a subject anymore -

Miss school, even. Anything's got to be better than being cooped up at home with that 'study, study, study' mantra going on inside your head.

Oh, but I don't miss Seoul Garden anymore. I have had enough of Seoul Garden this year.

Oh, dear, I'm fa-xieing again. How come things like this come before every exam?!? Haha. Because there is nothing much going on in my life right now. gosh. I lead a boring life! Whee!
