Yesterday my oldest best friend came over to my place. =) so happppy!!! Though we both ended up STUDYING, of all things. I even TRIED (note: TRIED) to complete my Differentiation II tutorial (which is already an accomplishment in itself!) and she did her LEP stuff. Soooooo chimmyyyy la. LEP is scary!! The Chinese poems are like foreign language to me. Must congrat Shuyi for her greeeeat accomplishment! Wheee! So proud of my hubby lor. Muahaha, I'm sure you're reading this and getting goosebumps. Anyway, after we gave up 'studying' we just hung around and did nothing and crapped and listened to music for 1+++ hour... We ended up NOT doing any of the things we had planned to do, like watch A Moment To Remember... but it was very nice anyway... Just lazing around comfortably with a close friend.
I think we're both more alike than we think. Not just because of the fact that our moms and our parents' interaction styles are pretty similar. I think we're both realists, sort of (if you want to put it across more extreme-ly, you can say we're cynics.). Yeah... we both kind of realized that everything and everyone must change, sooner or later and it's too much to hope that everything can remain just the way it is now. Some people will leave us one day, we both got to accept that fact. We both learnt to accept it and move on. Hmmm... And something you said got me speculating. Dear girl... I hope we will always remain close. If not closer than before! I know I will change and we will change and maybe we won't see each other anymore. But... I hope our friendship will not change. Yeah hunnky! Heee. Thanks for being you. If it weren't for you, I would never have known what a best friend is. Really.
(Oh, and thanks for your uber-long entry on ME, the GREATEST!!!! -_-" I'm so lame.)
My mom was uberly cute today!!! I LOVE my mommy. I really luff her so much sometimes. Today I went to meet her after school and we went to Food Junction to eat (yes, AGAIN!!) And, I ate my beloved... BAN MIAN (yes, AGAIN!!)... yup. I'm obsessive. But ban mian is addictive. Anyway, that's not the point. The point is, I was chit-chatting with her about this sweet wallet-of-my-dreams and she revealed that... her mysterious birthday present for me was... A WALLET! Hahaha... and when we went home she showed it to me. It's very sweet and very pretty, and though it's not 'wallet-of-my-dreams', it's just as good and I love it! Hehe. My mom so you xin lor.
Come to think of it, my mom was never so you xin until this year...
Oh, and now she's walking into the room to inspect my hair. (She likes to do that!!!!! -_-") um, cause I went for a bit of hair-trimming today. (Yes, you won't be able to tell the difference at all. XP) My mom is so cute.
Though some things do NOT change. Like the fact that she likes to scream at us for no reason. Last night she was screaming the house down and, erm, it didn't help that I was already tired and zombified by then. I have to admit, I was the trigger for her latest screaming session. I was sitting there playing SNAKE II even while complaining that I was sleepy and wanted to sleep. She got pissed off by the fact that I tuo-ni-dai-shui-ing! So she started to scold, bringing in EVERY little bad habit of me and my sister that we ever had. Urrrrgh.
