urgh.

I just went to a kopitiam in AMK to eat. Anyway, there, I saw a few very disturbing things. Near me there was this family having lunch. Two aunties and two girls younger than me. And among them there was this skinny guy smoking away like nobody's business. -_- Later on, there was this father and son who walked past on. The son was barely nine and the dad was just happily smoking away as he held his son's hand.

wtf?! Okay, I'm probably don't have the right to comment on other people... but I think this is just... bad... My grandpa smokes too, but whenever he smoked he went inside a room and closed the door to do it whenever we all came over to his home. My uncle smoked too, but at least he always went outside to do it.

And then there are these people smoking in front of their loved ones (as if uncles kiao-kaing and hanging out and smoking at kopitiams is not enough). Polluting the lungs of their loved ones... I just think it's weird... I'm sure these smokers also know that what they're doing is harmful. If you can't break out of this addiction, don't drag your kids into it too. Perhaps the kids would be used to alll the fumes after living so long with it, but this's no excuse. You're putting your kids' health in danger - if you don't care about yourself, at least care about your kids.

-_- (and just a little bit of info, my grandpa doesn't smoke anymore.)
